I was just browsing on the MAC website and I saw the paint pots! I read a couple of reviews and decided to purchase 3. Packaging- I love the packaging of the paint pot, it has screw lid which means you can dip in a brush, or use your finger, I tend to use my finger. The pot itself is glass and a thick bottom and a … Read more.
About reviewer 40 reviews. I noticed its part of the "pro Longwear" line now but in all honesty I just think they changed the name to sell it more since the "pro Longwear" line is quite popular. Does it last and stay crease-free? Not on me. I put it on and put eyeshadow over, it creased and I felt it made my shadow fade sooner No … Read more. About reviewer 76 reviews.
That being said the pro longwear paint pot is really excellent. I have the indianwood color and it looks very nice in darker as does most brown to gold toned eye shadows. I put this product on without any primer and it stayed for 13 hrs; I didn't change my eyes all day.

I use this religiously when I want to apply eye shadow. By smoothing a small amount onto eye lids with fingers - slightly dabbing to finish. Then apply eye shadow as normal.
Stays perfect all day. The colour I have is Rubenesque, which comes out a shimmery coral colour. However … Read more. I can see any … Read more. About reviewer reviews. This looks too pink on me for my taste. I wouldn't repurchase.
This is a great paintpot, unlike some others that are too sheer and deliver nothing but glitter this mac pot has the perfect amount of pigmentation and shimmer. As all painpots it lasts on the lids all day and doesn't crease, a gorgeous champagne that will compliment any skintone and eyecolour, its no longer available at my MAC counter, however you could check your own or if not … Read more. I am a complete paint pot junkie- They are my weakness. This is becoming one of my favorite ones!
I bought this mostly because It reminded me so much of vintage selection from last winters champale collection, which I did not get The texture is amazing and smooth like most paint pots and its a gorgeous light taupe-y champagne color leaning heavily on the … Read more. About reviewer 38 reviews.
This is a really pretty paint pot, and it's my first pp ever actually. I first noticed this online and checked it out in the store. The SA applied it on my lids and I thought it was a little too shimmery for my 33 yr old eyes but I bought it anyway. When I tried it at home I loved it. I don't put it all over my lid but more on the lower half and into the crease and I think it is … Read more. About reviewer 96 reviews. Awesome awesome product! Not only it has great colour payoff, it helps my eye makeup stay on all day without smudging! It blends really smoothly and dries really fast. I have it in Painterly and Rubenesque which i feel its the top 2 paint pots that you must get for mac. If you can only get 2 paint pots, go for these 2! About reviewer 24 reviews. I was dubious about this pot format, since the pot liners from MAC always seem to dry out and become useless quite fast. But the Paint formula seems to withstand the air exposure better. I use Bare Study almost daily as a base.
I've barely made a dent in it after about 18 months! It keeps even the cheapest, worst shadows from creasing, and is a lovely highlight shade on its own, so it has … Read more. Paint pots are a dream! Bare study is my least used one as I find that it dries my eyes out a bit, and to be honest I don't like the shimmer. I know the shimmer can be toned down if used as a primer but I just don't on with it. Quite Natural is a fab eye shadow, which really brings out my blue eyes. I adore this and use it all over the … Read more. I have one in Bare Study and Painterly- Painterly isn't good on its own, it's best underneath your eye shadows.
Very good as a base though, as long as you don't mind your eye shadows taking on a pinkish tint.
Bare Study is good on its own, it's kind of a neutral, light shimmery color. About reviewer 30 reviews. Paint pots are for lazy people just like me, especially when you are rushing to get out of the house early in the morning everyday. They are long-wearing and colourfast.
